mmmmmmmmmmm. fudgesicles. i found a new brand of no sugar added double fudge bars. they're pretty yummy - i've had about 4 this afternoon. it's so hot in here.
i'm having a hard time getting into gear on some projects i want to do. i have my office to get organized and it's just kicking my butt.
hubby and i went on a "date" last night. it was fun. he and i were chatting and i mentioned that there was an a&w restaurant in woodstock (60 miles from here). he was like "really? i wanna go..." so I was all like "ok. right now. let's go!"
we went. it was good. then we hopped over to houlton to visit a friend, got ice cream cones, and drove home through a nice rain storm. it was a nice night.
this afternoon encore is playing an old alan alda movie that i watched as a kid. it's called "kill me if you can" and alan alda plays an innocent convicted rapist on death row. i've always wanted to watch it as an adult because i remember the end of the movie being so compelling. they are replaying it in a couple hours and hubby is going to watch it with me. i doubt it will be as good as the memory of it is, but i will enjoy being able to see it again.
we are attending a double birthday party tomorrow as well - my brothers second and fifth children have birthdays 8 days apart. one just turned one, and one is turning 6. it'll be nice to go hang out with family tomorrow afternoon for a while.
so that's about it for this boring entry. i hope i can get my butt in gear soon and get something accomplished. thanks for reading if you got this far.
